Working principle of friction agglomeration production line

Key of the friction granulation technology is to get the material heated and softened by heat generated through mechanical friction between the internal rotors and the material without needing any extra heating source, and such softened material will be cemented and then extruded out of die instantly in form of granulates sized at around 3mm - 5mm, and this process is crucial for thermosensitive material. Traditional process of plastic extrusion needs to getthe material heated until they're melted, and that's when thermal damage of the material occurs, leading to much lower value of regeneration and recycling of the material; while technology of the MH equipment would bring zero damage to the thermosensitive material, achieving 100% recycling and reclamation. Meanwhile, it's more energy-saving and environmental, for instance, it's free from discharge of odor and waste water.
